I am considering getting a new 24" iMac with Intel Core 2 Duo processor (SWEET!), and I wondered if Jam will work on the Mactel platform, since it has not (to my knowledge) been ported to Universal Binary like Toast was in Version 7.

I have heard that Rosetta is not that good translating code "on the fly," especially with processor intensive "Pro" applications.

Anyone using Jam on a Mactel machine?

We have been using Jam 6 on 3 intel Mac Pros for some time.

The only issue we are having is importing Sound Designer II Region definitions from Pro Tools.........
