Help installing: You must install Roxio first? Install Help

Error : You must install Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 befor installing content?
I do not know what to do? I just spent $90.00 for nothing...

Did you download or get the discs?If you downloaded there are 2 files,the larger is the program and needs to be installed first.If you got the discs you have 2,one is marked program the other content.Install the program disc first,reboot then install the content.

I downloaded it and tried to load both programs. I am re-downloading it now....

After installing the Program download (larger of the 2 files), you have to reboot your pc. Then you can install the Content download (smaller one).

Also keep in mind, save those download files! You can only download them so many times, and there is a time limit to how long they will be available to you.
