[clueless]

[b][size=6]Please help . My Roxio Creater 8 LP & tape assistant  has stopped working ! I have used it for several weeks & it just will not even open now. I click on it , i get the hour glass icon & then it jsut goes away & don't open .

I don't know what to tell you.  Have you installed software between the time that you knew it worked and now?

It could be almost anything.  You try doing a repair through the Add/Remove Programs.  I don't recommend going back to a previous restore point, unless all else fails.

Is it just the LP and Tape assistant that wont work.

I did try to repair it , but when i get to the point where i restart my computer, it say program not responding & won't shut down .

actuall, when I try to open Roxio home , it will show on the desk top , part of it ) just breifly then it goes down to the bottom on screen  and i can't open it there either, (can't restore it . But it will close , so i guess it's the whole program .
I tried to get on Live chat support , but don
t know how , i guess.

I have not installed anything in between . only thing that has changed is lightening hit my phone & the surger (phone part ) went out & i had to get another one . BUT< i'm pretty sure it quit working just before that .
by the way, I downloaded my version so i don't have a CD
