I don't know what to do , just paid 35 dollars to get some info , but still having no luck with this , i use handbrake to extract, and just purchased toast 7 thinking its going to be easy , but I haven't seen it yet someone help me if you can

I'm not sure what it is you're trying to do. My understanding of Handbrake is that it is for creating MPEG-4 video files. If you are wanting a video DVD those use MPEG-2 video files. Choose DVD video as the format in the Toast Video window and drag in the MPEG 4 video. Set up the menu the way you want and choose either to burn the disc or choose Save as Disc Image from the File menu. Toast will encode the video to MPEG 2 as part of this process.
If you used Handbrake to create a MPEG 4 file from an existing DVD then you are going about this the wrong way. MacTheRipper will extract MPEG 2 video from DVDs. Use Full Disc Extraction and then select the resulting VIDEO_TS folder using the DVD video from VIDEO_TS setting in the Toast Video window.
