EMC 7 / 7.5 - Install / Uninstall / Update on iMac G3 Software came with Mad Dog Dvd recorder but no instructions for Mac OS

I have the Roxio EMC 7.5 cd icon on my desktop. The instruction manual provides no instruction for Mac OS installation. I'm having major difficulty with this website getting to the info I need to use the software on a mac. I have a G3 iMac. Please help ASAP as I need to unload my hard drive and thought the DVD burner made by Mad Dog that included this software would be an easy remedy. So far it's been a nightmare.
