How do I uninstall & reinstall if I down loaded my Roxio? Program won't open

:) I am still have problems , I can't open my Roxio. says path not found. ????
I thoght if I uninstalled & reinstalled that may work . But I downloaded my Roxio.
I cannot get support to answer me for 3 days now . & I can't afford a call to Canada @ 49 cents a min.
