Keeping compressed file?

Is there a way to KEEP the compressed file on your hard drive so that if you decide to burn another copy at a later date you don't have to wait for the movie to compress again? (and you can throw the larger original file away)

Yes, choose Save as Disc Image from the File menu instead of clicking the burn button. Then use the image file setting to burn the disc image to disc.
