Could not record the disk because the disk is full Cannot copy a homemade DVD

I'm having trouble copying a homemade DVD. When I press record, I get the message "Could not record the disk because the disk is full". Is anyone having the same problem?

If the message is "disk" and not "disc" then it is telling you there isn't enought space on the hard drive to write the temporary file. When copying a disc using one drive Toast writes a temporary disc image of the DVD to the hard drive, and then burns that to the new blank DVD.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
