After reinstalling EMC 7 on a new hard drive roxio will not active. It says the cd key is disabled. Support has not responded. I am not even sure my request for help went anywhere. It did get a ticket? number and it showed it as open. Unfortunately, I didn't write the number down. But then I can't even find that help page again to see if any reply was made.
The support/tech help is the hardest help page I have ever seen. Do I need to have a PhD in computer science to use Roxio?
Why do I feel that I was ripped off for $100?

I remember recently where someone else reported this and I believe they did not post back what they did.  I'll see if I can find out more about this and get back ASAP.

For right now you will have to call our tech support department and they can help fix it for you.
