Audio Interface Burning using classic interface

My specific problem is that I like to preview my songs while choosing them and the ability to do that in the Audio creator suite means you have to click on add music, find the file, click on it, choose preview and then repeat for the next song. That is too many clicks and a pain in my a**.
Is there a way to use the 'Classic' interface? I can't get it to convert the files from MP3 to play in a regular CD player. What hidden option or sub-menu am I missing?
I am not real happy with the 'improvements' with this version. User friendly doesn't seem to be too high on the list of 'features'.
Thanks in advance for any help.

If you add mp3's they will be converted to Audio CD format when added to the project.

No. Audio CD creation was taken out of Creator Classic starting in EMC 8. As Terry said, you'll need to use Music Disc Creator. Actually, you can also use Sound Editor, but I don't think that's any simpler than what you're using now.
My question is, how much simpler was it to preview your songs in earlier versions? You still had to navigate to the song, select the song, click the "play" button... the only new "click" here is the "Add Music" button. I don't see that the new interface has added more than one click. Am I missing something? In fact, if you're previewing a song, and you want to preview another song in the current folder, just a single click starts that song playing, it doesn't stop playing when you click a new song, you actually have to click the "Stop" button.

Okay, perhaps I wasn't clear. Yes, I realize 'how' to add tracks, but it is a pain in the &%$ to do so.
When I open Audio CD, click 'Add Music' a windows explorer type-box with my music files comes up. To preview a track, I right click, choose play and then iTunes(!?!) opens up and plays the track. I then have to click back over to Creator to preview my next choice, again going back to itunes.
If I want to add that particular song, I click 'add', the file is added to the music project, then the box with all my music files goes away, and I have to click on the pain in the &%$ 'Add music' button again, scroll thru every file in the folder, and repeat at least 18-20 times to fill up a music CD. I assume I am missing something, because if everyone had to do this for every music cd, Roxio would be running for its life away from the pissed-off villagers with pitch forks and torches.
In the previous 'Classic' version, all my music files were at the top of the screen. To preview, right-click, and Creators own preview opened, and double click to add, without having to reopen and scroll again. If I went over time allotment, or just wanted to add/delete, it was with one click in the project window. What the heck happened to that easy way of doing things?
Does anyone else feel my pain, or am I off my rocker here?

It actually makes sense now! And believe me, I read the help screen, searched for everything under the sun and even tried the random click method.
Thanks for the help. The screen capture is what made it crystal clear.
Thanks to all for the help.
