Hey, everyone -

I was scanning the forums and see that not only is Tsantee one of the most frequent posters here, but - having benefitted from his patient, knowlegable advice - one of the best.

He's a resource of incalculable value to Toast users as well as Roxio.

He's uncompensated (except for a t-shirt, which is nice but...)

So I had a small thought. Let's get a petition going to urge Roxio to buy Tsantee a new, spiffy, top-of-the-line iMac. Dual core, 24" screen.

Really, he should be a salaried employee, w/ benefits. I've seen customer support people at software companies provide much less service at much greater expense. So a 24" iMac would be *cheap*

So everyone that thinks that this would be a good idea, reply. If he's helped you, include a quick note saying how. If you think the new iMac would help Tsantee help even MORE Roxio customers, drop a line. If you think, "wow, Tsantee's an awesome guy," reply.

C'mon, Roxio, puh-puh-PLEEASE?!

ps: no Tsantee affiliation (or obviously Roxio). Just think he's doing a great job and deserves a tip-o-da-hat for all his great, hard work

:)

[size=2][b]Yes! please. I have a web ticket that's over a month old and unresolved. It seems that Roxio has given up on me, possibly because I was sarcastic after getting a simple technical reply that I didn't understand, but then I went to Discussions and found tsantee helpful, patient, and quickly responsive.

I am not a Toast user but I see his name a lot (and maybe the only one beside the Roxio people) responding to his fellow Toast-user. Given that, he certainly deserve what you are asking for.

I agree absolutely. And if ROXIO is deliberating the cost of that, tell them they can save by shooting Roxann. Every queery I make, comes back, from the info you have supplied, you want to know how to register your product !!!!!!!!!.

Never once have I got a gram of help from it, and boy, is she determined that you won't get through to a human at Roxio to ask the question.

So it's real people like Tsantee that keeps us TOAST users up and running, not Roxio.

How to we take this forward more forcefully?? particularly since ROxio is impregnable when you try to actually contact them.
