When I'm adding a movie into Roxio MyDvd there's a message saying:
"Could not make thumbnail. Make sure you have the appropriate decoder installed. -47010"

Please help!

Is this a video taken from a mobile phone?

Per Roxio:
Compatibility:The 3GP Pack is not compatible with Creator 9.
We are working on an update to address this issue.

if it's 3GP file but not with 3GP Decoder from Roxio Labs, I'm moving this thread to the correct Roxio product forum...
