I am getting more and more trouble, as I am using the product. All persist despite multiple reinstalls. I am running the software on Windows 2000

1. I am not able to use the Disc-at-Once option when burning either mp3 or audio CD. I am getting an Unspecified Error message after pushing the OK button.

2. The application does not allow to change a default recording driver from my CD-writer to my DVD-writer in the right lower corner of the screen. It just does not show that there is a second drive available. However, when I go to Tools, Drive Properties on the top of the screen, I can see both drives are listed.

3. As I mentioned, I have a DVD-writer (E:) and a CD-writer (F:). When I insert a CD-R recorded with previous versions of Roxio CD Creator in my CD-drive (F:), the drive's letter changes to E: and the Creator shows me two E: drives (two drives with the same letter!) in the Select Source window in the upper left corner, and I get a message that no audio files are available on the disk. When I insert the CD-R in the E: drive (DVD-writer), it shows audio tracks starting from No.1, but does not show names of the tracks.

Please, advise.
