Is it possible to only instal the label making part of EMC 8?
I'm running Nero 7 on the same machine and only want to use the label program of EMC 8.
I've had problems previously with having the two programs on the one machine.

Why bother?  That function is not very good and there are other free programs that you can download that will autofill from disc.

No, there are other parts of this program that will be installed regardless.  You problems probably occurred because you had InCD and Drag-to-Disc (or other packet writing software) on your computer at the same time.  That is a no-no.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
