I am so frustrated with this program. I just bought it tonight and I am having problem after problem. Mostly with trying to get my video off my camera.

After hours and 3 problems fixed I come across this little hidden gem,

TDigital Camcorders
Digital Camcorders

Sony DCR-TRV19
Sony DCR-TRV460
Canon ZR 25
Canon Optura60
Canon Elura80
JVC GR-DZ7U
JVC GR-HD1
Panasonic GS-PV250
Sony HD FX1 (DV mode)

so bassically I've wasted my money on a program that doesnt support my camcorder. I have a Panasonic PV-Gs16. Not supported by this program.

WHY isnt this posted on the box???? If I knew my camera wouldnt be supported I would have never bought this program.

Anyone have sugestions before I use my discs as $80 coasters?

Your video camera will probably work if you connect it via firewire.

So you think every camcorder should be listed? My Sony is not listed either and it works just fine'Have you connected via Firewire as Bruce suggested? Have you tried capturing using Windows Movie Maker or the software that came with the camera? You have not given any information about what you have done so far.
