Toast 7.1 update

i just downloaded the recent update to my Toast 7 but i'm having problem with during the initial set-up. when prompted to enter the CD key, toast does not accept the one that i have. how could this be? should i be given another key inorder to update my software? do i have to purchase another one?

Did you purchase the version you have now?
