I downloaded Media Suite 9 last night and installed it - wonderful - then I tried to load it and it fell over as soon as the logo appeared in fact the only thing that does work is Drag to Disc. I downloaded another copy of the file this morning and after uninstalling and cleaning out the registry, I reinstalled with exactly the same result. I have a ticket outstanding with Technical support but I am not holding my breath

Waste of time and money

Exactly what do you mean by 'fell over'? Getting error mesages....hanging? Do you have IE7 Beta/RC1 installed?
