Before these forums were 'upgraded' I had posted a query about LightScribe support in Toast 7.
This referred to the fact that at MacWorld Expo 2005 in San Francisco, Sonic (owners of Roxio) had announced the then forthcoming Toast 7 update would add Lightscribe support. I even provided a link to said quotation (by MacWorld).
Here is the link again http://www.macworld....cribe/index.php
There is also this Italian page which appears to confirm the same thing http://www.macitynet...760/index.shtml
My message had been posted AFTER Toast 7 shipped and my discovering that it did not actually do Lightscribe printing.
At this time as far as I am aware, the only two options are Lacie's own Lightscribe tool which is only available for use with their own branded drives, or SmileOnMyMac's disclabel which last I looked at I was not too impressed with.
So I reiterate my original question.
Where in the world is this missing feature? It is after all a totally logical step to provide this feature with Toast.
