We need more information, just what steps are you taking to do this? What program are you using? Please list your computer specs.

Any of those music tracks bought (rented) from an on line music service like itunes?  If you, you are running into a DRM issue.  You may be able to burn those cuts to a CD (rewritable) using the music service software and then bring it back to your computer in a different folder.  Is there anything else in that folder like the album art?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Another thing you might try is it looks like you're doing this from the Home app.Try using Music Disc Creator and see what happens.Like sknis says it looks like it may be having trouble with a particular track you're adding.
