I am unable to install this software each time it gets to the point of editing the registry and crashes with message shown at this link: http://www.pbase.com.../image/67391500

Before installing the software I uninstalled my Nero Ultra software, disabled my antivirus, and shutdown programs not needed from task bar. Also tried using selective start up mode but each time it crashes at the same point (when it gets to the registry update and installing modules).

I'm very frustrated as I cannot call the support for help as I work during the hours that they are open and by the time I get home they are closed.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi Tom,
can you do somthing for me?, can you create a new user account on the PC/laptop with full administrator access, and then reboot and log on as that new account, and try the install again?
i just want to see if there is an issue with access or your user profile or the computer OS, also can you please put down here some info on your computer , like OS , make model ect , as these help to try to diagnose your issue
