rotating a video CCW

I am using EMC8.  A video was recorded 90 degrees off amd I wonder if there is a way to rotate the recorded video the you rotate photos 90 degrees.

Here is something someone else suggested in another post.

Start in Video Wave. In your production, add a color panel where you want to rotate the video. Now add the section of the video that was recorded "wrong" to the overlay track. (in timeline) Double click on the track in the overlay, a window will open. Select the center option at the top, there is a slider to adjust the rotation amount you want Remember that you are turning a rectangular picture so it will not fill the display. Choose a color panel that would compliment the video.

Thank you for your prompt reply -- it worked but I can't figure out how to mathcg the time of the clip so only a portion of it is coreected and saved.  I will keep plugging away and again thank you for responding.

You might try cutting the video, so you have the section you want to rotate split, save that section to a folder, add a color panel in its space and put the saved clip in the overlay track and rotate it.
