When I do the following CopyDVDmovies ->video compilation -> add movies -> CRASH! ... what is going on?  It crashes with a Windows message and asks to send a report which I have done close to 30 times.  Has anyone noticed that they don't have a SINGLE update for this version?  Pretty pricy for this to keep happening.

If you are a tech, please address this.  I am a high level user and done most everything I can to fix it.  By the way, it worked fine in 8 BEFORE the upgrade!

More info?  Hmm, well I am trying to copy an .avi or .iso files and turn them into a DVD.  Have been successful right off the bat then this crash sequence:

1. Open program and click Copy
2. click on CopyDVDmovies
3. click on video compilation or image file
4. click on add movies or browse for ISO file
5. and ........  -> CRASH! which generates a windows message "Roxio Disc Copier has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I hope this is clearer and again, I appreciate anyones help, ideas or fixes

Pretty much no information given in your post.  A little more might help.
