When I drag my iMovie 4 file to Toast 7.1 to burn a DVD, it shows-up in clips, and even though I could rearrange the clips in the correct order (which they weren't in), I didn't bother to burn the DVD because there were special effects that showed-up outside the clips they were created in.

When I then tried iDVD 4, I was able to successfully burn the DVD.

I can't get Toast to do this. Toast always brings in the project as a single file for me. When you access the iMovie in the Toast Media Browser does the file name end with ".iMovieProject"?
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Hello again. First, I couldn't access it via Media with the iMovie on another (mounted) hard disk, so I booted from that disk and could then access via Media.
