Hello

I made several backups of CD and DVD by toast. I saved them as .dmg compressed files on a local HD.
I recently had problems with the drive, so I saved all data on another Disk. After that all .dmg files are not recognized by disk utility nor toast.
The files' sizes suggest the data is all saved on the .dmg file. But If I open them with Disk utility, the application says it can't recognize the file's format. By toast I can eventually indicate "Pregap" "postgap" and "sector size", but I do not know the values.
Can Anybody help?
I work with MacOS X 10.4.7 and toast 7.0.2
