Here is a problem that was started when I deleted an old video file. After the file was deleted, the program stopped working. I have connected Adaptec AVC-2210 USB Device. Capture does recognized the device, tries to load, but whole screen is all grey (black). Nothing happens. Have uninstalled and reinstalled software, updated drivers the device drivers, to no luck. Capture does recognized other hardware devices, but again the template's will not load. I am now at wits end, what can I do?
