Btw does your answer look anything like and answer to the roxio issue???? You should EXPECT owners of a worthless 150$ product to bash the company that REFUSES to help there customers. Put yourself in our shoes. This isent a isolated problem. Were starting to pop up left and right now with more to some.

Lol its not twitch tv fault its ROXIO'S. They made a product that allowed a Justin tv login KNOWING Twitch was the gaming channel. HOWEVER I have been all over there twitter asking questions and they have been 100% helpful with this process gettin me to understand the process of the api switch and what if means. The truth of the matter is people are trying to be loyal to Roxio but trying to continue using the equipment but they are making it hard. The info given by Kura shows me that this IS A SIMPLE FIX. Im sure there are many who just said screw it and bought a quality product like a Elgato. Btw Kura good job bro.

Apparently the update DOES NOT fix the login issue. Because plenty of people are still having the issue. Atleast hes trying to fix the issue instead of just saying welp stream with obs or xsplit.

Ok Jim I read that back and forth but if this were the case why would my stream work when I use Xsplit??? My stream is 100% active.

Look bro im really not trying get into a pissing contest just answers. My Twitch channel IS ACTIVE. I know this because ive used Xsplit to stream. Id much rather stream from my Roxio. I know for a fact its a issue with the device. Please help.

No it not the reason. Ive just had this issue last month. Also I can stream just fine if I use programs like obs or xsplit. I dont like using these programs because my pc cant handle the usage. Id rather just use my program but the Roxio is making it impossible. Just assume sometimes the guys using this equipment have SOME kind of experience with streaming. Ive been doing this for just under 4 yrs and ive never come across this type of issue. Ive looked on every forum and all over youtube for the last 3 weeks ive seen the issue but not solution. The last time it happened it worked after and install. But this time that didnt work. Ive looked through EVERY forum topic on here lol. Ive tried to contact support and all they do is send me dumb &%$ e-mails about nothing.

Why will nobody touch this topic. Ive posted and am having the same issue for the last 3 weeks now lol. No one will answer and post sly remarks instead of helpful comments. This is about the 7th post about this issue. HELP PLEASE!!!

Ive always streamed on there for free with has been the last 3+ yrs. I have no idea what your talking about. Ok I ran a test and found this out. When I made a test justin tv account it let me add that channel but didnt when i added my twitch channel. This is so fustrating.

So.......its Roxio sole login on there equipment but the company doesnt have a partnership?????? Ok...... Im starting to see why people are BASHING this product online in other forums. Seemly like a small fix yet no one has any idea lol. Of the whole thing I typed all you targeted was the fact that Roxio is not partnered smh any idea whats wrong with my equipment??

Ive been back and forth with Twitch and Roxio and are not receiving answers. And im not closer o steaming than I was a week ago. There are others having the same issues and also not being helped. I also understand that this might be a Twitch issue after all but arent you guys a partner with these guys????? Meaning that you guys should be some what versed on some the ins- and out of this stuff. I need answers and am only being passed around to the nxt party. Can ANYBODY help???

i read it and honestly that was in JULY my issue started this week. Btw I counld not open the link. Ive also contacted Twitch and they told me it was a software issue. Ive had this card for cloe to a yr now and id like to keep it but I need the ability to stream for my website so I need a resolution soon and being that I paid 150.00 for this device I WILL NOT pay 25 for support.

Yes did ive done everything I can think of. Fresh install, refresh stream key, logged off logged back in nothing. I cant get my channel to show up. This is going on a week now im having this issue. Any ideas??? The card works perfectly fine except for the streaming aspect.
