    Very Disappointed...

    I have had nothing but problems with the device. The only way I can get it to work (sort of) is if I make the capture screen full screen and open up the task manager in order to get up all the info I need. Even this makes my computer crash at times. I really want the device and software to wrok brilliantly because I love the idea of what it can do and the simplicity of it...

    Live Streaming Issues.

    I have the SP1 update but How do I work out what quality I should be using ie 720p 480p etc. Is my bandwith also the bitrate? if my badwith is 600 should I input 600 into the bitrate box? Thank you

    Live Streaming Issues.

    I also (when I can get the device to sort of work) am having problems. The first time I tried streaming there was a 3 second delay whilst running 720p. I tried again the following day and there was a delay of approximately 1 mintue and then the stream would constantly stutter etc. I have tried all of the settings from 720p to the lowest and tried messing with the bitrate (but I don't know how to work out optimal bitrate) and still he same thing... Stutter and a delay of atleast 1 mintue. I hope this gets fixed soo nas it is a real shame. PS So how do you work out bit rate etc?

    Please do because I cannot see anything on my little screen. Only way to stop flickering is to load it as full screen before I even turn on the console. even then it ends up crashing :-(
  11. Hi, If you're not aware I have had and am still having many problems with the device... anyway... I noticed that when you live stream to twitch straight from the capture software the title is automatic and the tweet that it sends to twitter doesn't contain any info on what you're playing. I would like to be able to press "live stream" and then put in a title for the live stream before the tweet goes out etc. Do I need to go into twitch whilst I am streaming to change this and then send the tweet manually? Thank you

  14. Jim, You've been a great help offering sound advice and I appreciate every bit of it. I hope that supprot will be able to help me resolve this problem within the next 24 hours otherwise I will be forced to cancel the review for my website due to the amount of time already put into this device.   15. I downloaded directx 9 and it asked me where I wanted t osave the files so I chose pictures. Once in pictures I had to create a folder t oput all of the files into as there were over 120. I found one that was dxsetup which I ran and after everything was done the capture card still didn't change. I checked dxdiag and there is no mention of directx 9, only directx 11. I don't know what I am doing but this is all too much for the sake of capturing gameplay. The sad thing is that this is a review unit that corel sent me for review purposes. I can't even review it if it doesn't work (so annoying) I still can't believe that there is no phone support and that you have to wait a minimum of 12 hours for possible help. This is one of the worst experiences I have had both with customer service and products.
