Hi Roxio people Here is my facebook message to Roxio "Roxio Creator NXT Pro isn't working the way it should be. I will get Andrew to look at it and then get Andrew to contact you guys. I want Roxio to be more helpful because they were never helpful regarding VHS to DVD converter, which only works on the old style hard drives. Anyway Roxio Creator NXT Pro when I have done my Blu Ray project and ready to burn I put a blank Blu Ray disc in and then click on the burn button [a button with a flame on the icon], I select burn both burners are empty when in fact I have a blank blu ray disc. I ask Roxio to please be helpful and find a solution for me? If you guys can't help me then I will have to go to another company and buy software which will do my blu ray projects." Why does it say my blu ray burners are empty when I have a blank Blu Ray disc in the drive? What should I do if Roxio support team can't be bothered helping me which was the case when I was having problems with my VHS to DVD converter? I just wish Roxio was more helpful.

OK I just got the email. All is fine.

Almost an hour ago I ordered Roxio Easy LP to MP 3 Product, after I completed the order it said i should get a confirmation email. So far no email, I have Facebook messaged Roxio asking them to make sure everything is OK. I didn't know where to post this topic, admin I ask you to please move this topic into the correct area? If you could please give me advice what I should do? I hope Roxio does ship it out to me, I gave the correct information. I selected express International shipping to Australia.

For some reason it only works on my C Drive which is fine. At least I know it works for you on the new system, I will pass on your post to Andrew, I'm not sure why it won't work for me when it works for you on the new system. My C Drive [Old System], D Drive [New System], E Drive [New System], I would like to try and find out why it only works on the old system hard drives for me, when it works on the new system for you. This is great news knowing it does work on the new system for you. I have sent an email to Ramon from Corio to read this topic.

The two new 4 TB Hard Drives are on the new system. Andrew knows and understands about this, I don't as I don't know much about computers. I had to uninstall one of the versions which I uninstalled 3 Pro one. I just use the VHS to DVD Converter, I will save them to my C Drive then move them over, however down the track with hard drives getting bigger, I presume Roxio may make their produce compatible with both systems if not then down the track compatible with the new system. I have book marked this topic and will let Andrew know of solutions or what ever replies. I hope you all have a great weekend.

When I record to my C:, formatted as NTFS, it records perfectly. This also happens with my copy of Easy VHS to DVD 3 PLUS. So, here are my questions: 1/ Is there a known issue with easy VHS to DVD &/ or easy VHS to DVD 3 PLUS whereby they won't record to GPT formatted Windows drives? 2/ If there is an issue, is there a patch for either/ both programs which will allow my to record to GPT drives? 3/ Is there a newer version of this program which will allow me to save to the GPT drives if a patch or work-around is not available? Kind regards, TheBillABCTV" Now hard drives are getting bigger into the future and it is my understanding from what Andrew told me the big hard drives are only in the new system. I presume at some point Roxio may make the future new products compatible with this new system. I'm sorry for getting Andrew to creating a new topic, I now have book marked the topics including this topic.

OK Guys Andrew came to my place today, he looked into what's coursing the problems, now I got him to post this http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/90213-roxio-easy-vhs-to-dvd-recording-error/ He posted in my account here. I don't know much about computers where Andrew does. When someone has replied to that post Andrew posted under my name, I will let Andrew know as he can explain things to me.

No Jim is you, Andrew is from Servant computers. Andrew will have a look at it this afternoon AEST I will let people know the outcome.

Jim Andrew from Servant will look at it tomorrow. Before I had Eset NOD32 which didn't intifear with roxio, this Eset Smart Security6 could be. There is no error message, that makes me think that the Antivirus program could be stopping it. If that is the case I will get Andrew to put back Eset NOD32 and get him to remove Eset Smart Securuty6 from my computer.

Hi there On my old motherboard and hard drives it was working fine. I paid Andrew 2 grand to a brand new motherboard and two new hard drives. He re installed Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus and when I tried to record my VHS tape it won't record at all. I uninstalled it and installed Easy VHS to DVD converter and the same thing only difference it recorded for 1 second and stopped. I uninstalled Easy VHS to DVD converter and reinstalled Easy VHS to DVD 3 Plus and still not working. I was wondering why it is no longer working? I hope Eset Smart Security6 Anti Virus program isn't stopping it from working? I hope someone here can help me solve this problem? As I said in July in my old computer/motherboard the program was working fine. I will be sending Andrew from Servant computers a link to this topic as I don't understand computers.

Yeah I noticed that once the project was finished. I will try and convert those files from 4:3 format to 16:9 format then fit to screen and hopefully they won't be cut of top and bottom? If it doesn't then I will just put them in 4:3 format and put up with the black border on left and right.

I selected Fit To Screen and it seems to be good.

I did try it out on 16:9 Format but the episodes were smaller than the special menu I made. I made the menu from video back ground in 16:9 Format, menu background was perfect but episodes were like 4:3 Format in 16:9 shape. Is there a way I can TV Safe Zone those episodes only?
