No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

Do you think I should just ask for a refund? Would this site give me a refund if I ordered it online through Best Buy? I've already looked through the FAQ and couldn't find anything that would help me and it seems that Roxio wants me to pay for technical support. Also I don't see Facebook being a good way to contact them.

No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

Still no sound with red/white audio cords in. Also uninstalling the sound card and rebooting didn't fix it either. Also: when I turn up the volume a lot on my computer, I hear a high pitched noise coming from the capture software. It's also on my TV when that volume is up.

No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

No, mine is all the way up and isn't muted. Tried with Blu Ray player and still nothing.

No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

There was nothing about Roxio on the Mixer and I get sound when the HDMI is directly plugged into the TV EDIT: when I have the capture software open the sound in the Mixer is all the way up.

No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

I have the console (Wii U) hooked up to the wall, HDMI from console to Roxio, HDMI from Roxio to TV. USB from Roxio to computer. Video is fine on the TV and capture software however there's no audio whatsoever, I've plugged up different HDMI cables and still nothing. Any suggestions?

No Audio On Tv Or Capture?

After installing the software I am getting no audio on either the TV or the capture software. I am hooked up via HDMI and I am getting video perfectly fine it's just that there is no audio. I read somewhere that in device manager there's supposed to be 2 different Roxio drivers under "Sound, video and game controllers" but I only have one. Help?
