    Lost My Key

So after about 6 months of installing it to different computers I finally misplaced it after basically was a months vacation. Since I have tons of white sleeve covers around my house, im afraid someone would have thrown it away. Sadly im trying to sell my roxio and im trying to sell it with the cd key. But I don't have it. I THINK I registered it. I remember it popping up but I don't remember what went through my head when it asked me if I wanted to register it. If I did register it, how would I go about finding the code. Is the code what is blue in the following picture?
  3. Since the automatic upload to youtube doesn't work for me if I upload a longer video (5+ mins), i manually transfered it to a .wmv file and uploaded it from the youtube uploader. I did it over night and woke up this morning to it being in 240p. I guess i did something in the export process that was wrong.

    Youtube Upload Won't Work

I can probably manually transfer the production to a file that can upload to youtube. but that would take a lot extra time where I rather just click the share button. So I might just do that and save the time of trying to upload and fail anyways.

    Youtube Upload Won't Work

I didn't try uploading from the youtube site. I clicked the blue button that has share to fb or youtube. It uploads all the way through and then it never shows up on my youtube page.
  7. So I have tried to upload the same video 3 different times. Each time it goes through the process of transcoding and then up "uploading to youtube..." The transcoding is bold and then it goes to uploading becomes bold. After that the ok button is able to be clicked. I click ok and i have waited a good hour and a half the past two times and the first time i tried was friday. all three times I have tried it doesn't show up. before the time I tried uploading the video I tried uploading a totally different clip that was 6 seconds long and that video worked. So I know that the right username is linked.
  8. I looked further into the change compatibility option and looked at the option for all users and after unchecking the box for all users i was able to install. Thank you for your help. edit: and is there any way to use a component cable and an hdmi cable. My component cable comes from the xobox to the roxio and a hd from the roxio to the t.v. I have an extra hd cord coming in the mail but it might not be here till wednesday

  14. Why can't I download my Roxio HD PRO on my Inspiron 350? This is the error I got. "This operating system does not meet the minimum requirements for Roxio Game Capture HD PRO. Any Internet changes are the user's responsibility One available USB 2.0 port This is my computer's specs http://gdgt.com/dell/inspiron/530/specs/ Is it because I don't have enough free ram? Because Right now I have 3k mb of ram cached and only 200mb of free ram left. Do I need to free up the ram to have 2gb left to install? Or is it something to do with my processor (I think that is what it is called) Any help is appreciated. I don't want to have to send it back. I also have the service pack 2 installed and internet explorer 8 and windows media player 11. 13 minutes ago - 4 days left to answer. Additional Details I think it might be my graphics card. It says it has to be DirectX 9.0c compatible or higher but im not sure how to do that. And is there a problem since I don't have any direct sound coming from my computer and I use speakers that is a problem? I am also attaching my DxDiag.txt file DxDiag.txt
