  1. So after about 2 times of doing your fix and then uninstalling and reinstalling and applying all the necessary updates to the .net framework, it seems to be staying stable for now. So, woo!!
  2. I shall try again. Sometimes it can take multiple tries to get it to work just right.
  3. Yes, I was finally able to obtain the latest update. Seems to be something else going on. Been checking the event viewer to see what has been happening when it opens, this seems to be an common occurrence.
  4. I tried your suggesstion to no avail. I think what could be a problem is maybe it is not finding the updates it needs to. And when I go to the site to get the service pack for the roxio software, the file is not there. Searching for another way to get that update.
  5. Hello everybody, I am trying to use the roxio gamecapture hd pro software but I get the error message below: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software many a times, but with no success. I can drive to where the capture software is and use it but the videowave part crashes just like this. Computer Specs: 16 GB of Ram AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core 3.6GHz AMD Radeon HD 6950 Graphics
