  1. Uh, no. I just registered this account today, and I've never registered before at all.
  2. Firefox. But the same thing happens in Internet Explorer. I've tried using a different DNS server, disabling antivirus software, etc. but the website won't load unless I use a VPN (which is much slower than my normal connection) as if my IP is blocked for some reason. I couldn't find any easy way to contact Roxio on their site so I decided to try the support forum.
  3. It won't come up for me unless I log in using a slow VPN. Who do I contact about this?
