    No Video Signal

I have a composite cable with the yellow, white, & red connections on both ends. I connect one end, all colors, to the Roxie Video Capture USB device that is connected to a port on the computer. Then I connect the other end with the 3 connections directly to my VCR. .When the VCR is on and playing I can see it on the TV, but on my computer all that happens is I get No Signal. Just now I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. I went to my Device Manager on my computer and the 2 Roxie Video Captures DO NOT show up under sound, video, & game controllers.

    No Video Signal

I have had the same problem as Newbie. I have tried everything I know how and followed the instructions. Still get No Signal. My VCR is a Toshiba W-528. It is connected to the AT & T U-verse box which connects to the TV. I'm about ready to send this product back, but of course when I got my credit card bill there is no phone number listed for DRI Sonic Solutions
  3. Thank you for the information. I forwarded your reply to my friend. At this point he has been very busy with work and has not tried it. I will let you know when I have an answer from him. Again, thank you.
