    No Output To Monitor

Strike this, it works on my monitor, but now I'm getting a set of colour bars on OBS, any ideas?

    No Output To Monitor

Hey, for some reason, the Capture device will capture the game play using the supplied Roxio software, however, I am unable to get a picture using OBS and I'm not getting a picture on my screen. I have my PS2 connected via the component cable into the Capture input slots, and I have a HDMI from the output into my monitor. As previously stated, the software supplied with the device shows the game play, I am unable to get a signal using anything else. Thanks, Dave

No Signal After Clicking Live Stream

I'm getting really annoyed with it now. I've had 2 hours of spare time for the first time in a while and I was looking forward to some streaming. Unfortunately, No Signal once I clicked 'Live Stream' but there's a signal when I first load up the program. I've been fighting with it for the entire duration of my spare time and I've still had no joy. I've tried a repair, I've tried reinstalling and neither worked My computer specs are Intel Quad Core Q6600 @ 2.40Ghz 6GB Ram Radeon HD 6800 Series Windows 7 64bit I'm at a loss and I'm so close to returning it.

No Signal After Clicking Live Stream

Hey Jim, sorry to give you some bad news but for some reason that 'fix' no longer fixes it. I don't know why it worked twice for me prior to posting, however it no longer does work and I'm back to the drawing board.
  5. I do apologize if this is a common bug and has been resolved before, however I couldn't find anything related. I can broadcast gameplay footage and everything will run smoothly, unfortunately though, my stream will turn itself off whenever it sees fit. There hasn't been a pattern in the duration the stream will run for until it turns off, and the real head scratcher for me is that the software still believes that it's streaming; and by which I mean the button for 'Live Streaming' is still pressed in, I will have to click it to turn the stream 'off', then reclick it to begin streaming again. I know the problem isn't with twitch because I use other broadcasting software for other jobs. And the only reason I know the broadcast has gone offline is because a friend will either tell me, or I have my dashboard open. Any ideas what's causing it?

Trouble With Live Stream - Split

When you say 'offline' do you mean the twitch.tv says offline? Next to where your views and followers are? If so, does the video appear to be in the appropriate box? If so, try refreshing your browser and try your channel as well as your dashboard. I get similar issues but they're normally resolved after a few refreshes. I've always assumed it was a bug within twitch

No Signal After Clicking Live Stream

Hey Jim, I see your name on about 99% of posts, so I have the solution for you, just incase it comes in handy. The problem occurs when you switch outputs on the PS3. My setup is using component into my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, which is then using a HDMI output into my monitor. Now, when I move the PlayStation to another room to use via HDMI, I will hold the start button to reset its output to HDMI for use on the main television. The next time I bring my PS3 back into the computer room for streaming, I repeat the procedure to reset the PS3s output and set it up to component once again. Now, when I immediately click stream, I get No Signal when clicking on the Live Stream button, dispite the fact that the preview window had my gameplay in it. The solution is to restart your PS3 once you've changed output modes on the console! It's a bit silly, since everything appears to work fine until you click 'Live Stream', but hey ho, that's how I've gotten it to work again! Namaste

No Signal After Clicking Live Stream

Things I've tried are reseating all the cables, restarting the ps3, restarting the software, restarting the device, rebooting the pc, edited settings.

  11. Hey The device has been working great up until about 5 minutes ago. I've sat down stream some Skyrim from my PS3 to Twitch.tv, which is normally fine. The game appears in the preview window, and the status is a green 'Ready'. Once I click Live Stream under the preview video, the screen goes black and the status changes to a red 'No Signal'. I've never had this problem before and it has been working great up until now. I would also like to point out that recording the gameplay is fine, it just happens with streaming. The PS3 is connected via Component, the capture device is connected to my monitor via HDMI. Any ideas? I've also taken screenshots of my problem - 1 is the preview window, 2 is after I've clicked Live Stream Thanks
