  1. When attempting to burn a CD, the drag and drop file function does nothing. No files appear in the window to be burned. Have tried both wave and MP3 files. Same result. Using Windows 7.

    Videowave Crash

Truth is that, in reply to your question as written, I did not inform anyone about using "experimental software". The reason being that no one bothered to ask. And it's obvious that not everyone is aware that "IE9 won't work with 2011". And, further, I refuse to consider myself a fool for not knowing. As I said before, I appreciate all the 'helpful replies on this forum'.

    Videowave Crash

Received a reply from Rose in Customer Care. She suggested that the culprit might be Internet Explorer 9 (Beta) and that the removal of it would solve the problem. She was right. Rolled IE9 back to IE8 and VideoWave works fine, now. I really appreciate her input and all the helpful replies here on this forum. Thanks!!

    Videowave Crash

The uninstall procedure I used is exactly as outlined in the Roxio Knowledgebase Article 000207CR. All Norton AV & Internet Security software was turned off. To do the actual uninstall I used the Revo Uninstaller software in the Advanced Mode. When I re-installed all msconfig startups were still off along with Norton. That was still the case when I downloaded and manually installed the Service Pack 1. Dell Studio 540 Win 7 Home Premium (64 bit) Core 2 Duo E7600 3.06GHZ w/4GB Ram ATI Radeon HD 4350 512mb

    Videowave Crash

Updated all drivers as suggested. Now, VideoWave displays error message every time it is started.

    Videowave Crash

When attempting to switch from Storyline to Timeline, I get the error message VideoWave has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program I have done two complete clean un-install/re-install procedures with all anti-virus/protection software turned off. No change. Can't find a crash file. Capture Video Will Not Load

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced my problem may have been caused by "an over exuberant registry cleaner". Anyway, I'm going to do another clean uninstall/reinstall and then see if I can isolate the culprit. If I come up with anything concrete, I'll post it here.

    Capture Video Will Not Load

I'm curious why this error happens after 2009 has been installed and used to capture video. I had the same problem with EMC 8 and 9. The only solution was to go through the painful uninstall\reinstall procedure. There has to be a better way.

    Video File Upload Size

I find it hard to believe I am the only one on this forum to have this problem.
  10. When attempting to upload video files, if I exceed my ISP (AT&T) upload limit, the upload fails, of course. Can I upload larger files (up to the 50 meg limit) and bring them together as one video file?
