Same thing for me, I've ordered from the Roxio site, although I still haven't received a confirmation email yet. I've checked my spam folder and all other folders and nothing along the lines of a confirmation.
Although, looking through the customer service questions I decided to look up "I need a copy of my invoice" < http://shop.roxio.com/store/sonic/html/pbPage.en_AU-order-information#q6 > .
Even though I haven't received an email, the site confirms that my order has been accepted... Just take a screen capture of it just to make sure that you have some kind of receipt/ documentation of that statement.
