    Audio Is Continually Messed Up

Ok I have found out something new in this issue. I tried recording/commentating a whole separate game with no problems at all. The audio synced up perfectly. My problem was with the brand new NCAA Football 14 game that just came out on July 9th. I tried Metal Gear Solid 2 which came out years ago, and it worked fine! Does being a brand new game have anything to do with it you think?

ok i tried it your way and it actually made a HUGE difference although its not quite there. I'm still just a tad off. But nowhere near where I was. any other suggestions to get it where it needs to be? If not, I can probably figure it out from here. I really appreciate the help

When I add my audio I click the blue music icon with the + symbol on it. Majority of the time I select "add on music track" because my commentary is one continual piece that stretches the whole video.

  7. I posted a thread a week ago or so, and It kinda just died. But I think it is FPS I am having problems with. When I do a video I record the video and record my commentary in Audacity at the same time. When i go into editting, I just match them up correctly in the panels. I do use Videowave. But for soem reason, and this has been happening for about a week now, towards the end of my video I notice that my commentary is WAY ahead of the video. It starts off right where it needs to be, and by the end of teh video my commentary is up like 7-10 seconds. My PC: Acer AspireM3470G Processor: AMD A6-3620 APU with Radeon Graphics 2.20 Ghz 4GB RAM 64 Bit OS w/ Windows 7 What I have done to try and fix it myself: - "repaired" the software about 7 times using my Roxio disk - Re-installed the software twice - Switched from Hardware to software in the editting options - made sure I was in 720p while recording, as well as my Xbox to match - tried doing commentary once I am in videowave rather than a live one. I have tried both Audacity and videwave recordings. To say the least I am aggrevated. I am trying to be patient, and learn more about my problem before I just give up and MAYBE buy a different product. Honeslty I don't want to give up, I have been at this for days now. I hope someone knows whats going on!!!! Example here on my YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoM01gN0IZ0

Ok so my panel is 59.94 FPS. Do you think frame rate could be the issue?

    Audio Is Continually Messed Up

I found out it is most likely a frame rate issue. Like my video could have potentially been recorded in one speed, but the timeline i put it on is slightly faster. I'm not sure how this could have happened. how can I go about finding out FPS in videowave? not only the new timeline but also teh video I'm going to edit? I want to make sure they match up correctly. or whats the best way to record and best edit settings?

  13. I do my commentary in audacity, and when i try to add it to my project in VideoWave its gets all out fo wack. It starts off right where it needs to be, and then if you skip to about 1/2 way through the video the commentary is about 3 seconds ahead of the video and it coninues to go farther and farther ahead from there. I have absolutely no idea why it does this. I have never had this problem until this week. I have tried doing a completely new project to no luck. I have tried repairing the software to no luck. I have cleared the proxy files. I have rebooted my computer numerous times. Nothing i do seems to have any effect and I am getting very aggrevated. If I have to switch to another software I will. I like the way Videowave is set up, its easy to use, and it was free with my HD Pro. I am used to this software. Overall I am not pleased with VideWave at all. It is very slow, and this isn't teh 1st time i have had problems with it.
  14. I bought my Roxio HD Pro off EBay and it did have the key as it was never used. I put it in my computer and it worked just fine. But just recently I have restored my computer and when i went to re-install the Roxio HD Pro software I noticed I must have lost the product key. I cna post pictures and give product serial numbers to prove I have the device. I Just want to get a new key so I can get this back on my computer. Thanks
