Hey Jim, Trust that you are well and thanks for the feedback. Ok, I see that this article was released on 23rd September this year and since then there has been a note from Sony regarding the day one patch, which will allow video recording and features show at the E3 press conference etc. So I'm hoping that this will allow us to use our Roxio Game Cap HD to do some recording. Jim, will there be any software update from your guys side, as far as you know? Thanks AN

Hi guys, I uploaded 3 vids last night and noticed a green bar at the bottom of both vids. I also noticed now that the vid isn't playing in full view of the video player....? When I previewed the vids before uploading them the bar was not there. Please can you guys advise on how I can fix this. I'm using a Roxio Game Capture HD to record the vids and then convert them to an MP4 format and then upload it. My Youtube profile name is ashgamingza and one the vids is below showing the green bar: Thanks Ashlee

Hey guys, thanks for the help. Managed to fix it and below are the steps which I took: Remove the software, Re-installed it again, Don't do the update After computer reboots do the software update Reboot computer Hope this helps other users having the same problem as me. Thanks again guys for the help.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and apologise if this has been answered before. I've connected my Roxio Game Cap HD to my laptop and when it starts up, it does not show component option / connection. It only gives me the HDMI option and I can't select the drop down. I'm using this on a Windows 8 laptop and my console is a PS3. My laptop specs are way above what is required for the device. Please can someone assist? Thanks Ash
