  1. I purchased a Roxio Game Capture card a while ago and noticed that the color was changed. I made sure everything was correct and still the color was messed up. I beleived my TV had a broken component cable input and recently purchased a new TV. I plug it all into the new TV and see that the Roxio came broken the whole time.. What can I do?? I still have the CD and everything. Can I send it to Roxio and recieve a new one or get it refurbrished??

     

    Things Iv'e Tried:

    Buying new component cables for Xbox

    Buying new TV

    Buying new cables component cables

     

    What I know:

    The Blue Component Input in the Roxio is broken

     

    PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
