    No Input Signal Driver Will Not Load!

    Thank you for bearing with me! Followed instructions as directed. When i plugged back in i saw a quick loading device software, but this time there was no error message i checked device manager, RCG appeared 2x's under sound video & game I launched program main screen came up i launched the capture screen. the hot keys box came up, then the capture screen kept going down then up (off/on) then system crashed, I got a blue screen & dump error I disconeted RCG and rebooted.     Thank You for helping! I followed ALL instructions to no avail . I tried different USB ports, on 2, the device did not even show in the device manager. when i move around i get device not recognized error i tried to open properties and update driver, but got driver not found error I really appreciate your assistance! still green -no signal no input
  3. Help please. I bought RGC for my 10 yr old. I installed software, plugged it all in, but not working. my system amd 64x2 5200+ 32 bit 260ghz 3.0 GB Windows Vista I keep getting same error can not load device software. in device manager it shows up in 2 places -sound video game -other devices (this one has !) Help Please I hope I can fix before he turns 11. Thank You
