The program installer does not work.
Only the Roxio Content '.EXE' would work.
I had a similar experience with Lenovo customer support, 4 transfers and a dropped call. There is no real point of trying to go to Lenovo, they don't seem to be helpful in this matter.
If the downloader/installer is bugged or corrupt, is there any way to get one that isn't bugged or corrupt, possibly one from Roxio itself. I still have the install key, yet to be used (Hopefully not broken as well), and the digital receipt from Lenovo.
