  1. I just upgraded to Windows 10 (from 7) and now my NXT3 and Roxio USB Video Capture device (UB315-E serial # 15089064456) is not working. I can open the HOME window of NXT3 but when I select CAPTURE VIDEO it hangs. Any ideas?
  2. I bought an NXT2 upgrade in October of 2014 and could never get it to install and support would not help me without paying for a support call. So today I purchased NXT3 upgrade hoping it would install but I got the same error code. Error trying to read from the source install database: C:\Users.......\Roxio Creator NXT 3.msi Again this error occurred when trying to install NXT2 upgrade from DVD in October and again today when I purchased the download upgrade to NXT3. All were bought from the Roxio store. Attached is the log file for NXT3. I do not have any Roxio software installed on my PC because it is NEW. Running Windows 7 Ultimate. Roxio Log Files.zip

    Digital Guru: Does Post #2 imply that if you buy the upgrade version of NXT2 (or 3) that it will install on a clean PC that does not have previous versions? I am having the same problem.     Getting To Technical Support

    I agree and could not get NXT2 to install and I called a few times and got the run around also. They have the worst support. I still can't get the product installed?? Worst service EVER!!!
  5. This is the first time I have attempted to install this software as I was dealing with a family emergency from Oct – Jan. It filed from the CD with the below error: "ATTEMPTING TO READ FROM THE SOURCE FILE DATABASE D:\EMC_CONTENT14X\Roxio Content 15.msi" I looked on your website and it said to REREGISTER the Windows Installer Service. I did this and it did not help. I also copied the entire CD to the C drive and tried to install it from there and it did the same thing. Screen Shots are attached. Any ideas?
