Reading the many topics on this issue, it appears as if one needs to purchase a new product or upgrade the existing one if you wish to continue using Roxio? If this is so, I find it somewhat confusing as the current product does what I require but Roxio has deemed it unnecessary to keep up with new technology. Instead going for the simpler method of telling it's customers to buy the new product. I have other programs which are older yet am still able to run on my Windows 7 based machine! When I get onto the chat line, I'm redirected back to the original website which is not helpful at all. I have downloaded the service pack 4 which apparently allows one to solve the compatibility issues. However the original installation rolls back after around 95% so I have been unable to install it for the service pack 4 to be of any use.
