    Hi folks, it seems that the support ( engineering ) has found a solution to solve the problem. I received the following e-mail from support regarding my ticket : <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< It suddenly worked because engineering fixed the problem Due to the recent communication this support ticket will be closed. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< What the engineering has changed, I cannot say, although I had asked to be told what was found out. Nevertheless, a change seems to have been made by Roxio. So just try it out, who didn't manage to unlock it by himself. Klaus

    Hi folks, same for me too. Nevertheless the conversation per E-Mail with support is for the moment very good ( after some "sharp" E-Mails from my side ). But there is sadly no progress in solving the problem. It seems to me that the support insists that the fault is on my side, means a faulty setup or system. That means, per example, they want to set up a new administrator account, and something like that. Regardless that, i have told them, that i have deleted my hole system, setup new macOS and then, as first app, installing Roxio Toast 19 Pro. What should i say : Same error as on my old system. What can i do more from my side ? I hope they believe sometime that the fault is on the side of the app. Let us see how it goes along ... Cheers, Klaus

I have performed the described procedure EXACT ! Unfortunately this was not successful either, the same problem ( crash Toast 19 Pro when activating "Bluetooth Authoring" ) remains, no change. However, MacPaw sent 2 error messages during the uninstallation process. I have attached them as a Word file. I don't think that this is an individual error on my system since, as I mentioned in my last email, 2 other users in the Roxio forum had the same error. I'm sure there will be more messages about this. I assume that it is a software bug in Toast 19 Pro that is causing the problem. Please take care that the bug is fixed ! I will share my experiences in the Roxio forum with the community so that other users know about the problem solution.     Hi, me too ! I have the same problem not to get get the Blu-Ray Authering working. I have made a copy of the crash report, send it to the support. I got very soon an answer. But ... It was the "normal" answer to delete some *.plist files but does not solve the problem. I had told support that their solution does not work. So, i have been waiting for 2 days. Today i wrote another ( angry ) e-mail, but til now no sign of live ! I will come back, if something changes. See You .. Klaus

    Hello, today i tested again for updates, get the following info : You're up to date! Toast Titanium 18.3.1 (6292) is currently the latest available version. I had nothing changed within my system, so i think Roxio solved the error. Cheers, Klaus

    Since a few days the search for updates within Roxio pro 18 ends with following error message : Error while updating! An error occurred while loading the update information. Please try again later. - Is it because the server is down ( for days ) ? - Or is something wrong with the app and i have to do a new, clean installation ? Do anyone else have the same problem ? ( by the way : I am from Germany ) Greetings ... Klaus

    Update to macOS Catalina 10.15.4

    Hello, after update today to macOS Catalina 10.15.4 Roxio Toast 18 version 18.3 6281 does not start as a window anymore. It stays in the dock as a icon. No window opens. I have to start a "New Disk" out of the upper Menue-Line, then the normal window opens and i can work with Toast normaly. How can i fix this behavier ?

    Toast 17 Pro included WINZIP Fullversion

    During installation Toast 17 Pro on my iMac Pro all went okay. I had entered, if asked, my serial number. Every add-on program and Toast Pro for itself is working flawlessly, with the exception of WINZIP. On opening, WINZIP says its a "Evaluation copy". In this window i have to push the "Register button" ( no need to put in the serial number ) and WINZIP says that the registration was successful. I can work normal with WINZIP. Close it, open again, no warning to register. Even i can boot the Mac without any warning. But 24 h later, WINZIP wants to be registered again and evaluation period counts down. Nevertheless the evaluation period has ended, I can register WINZIP daily without any restriction. Deinstallation, and new installation of the whole Toast Pro package does not bring success. Does anyone have an idea to get rid of this annoying registration loop ? Many thanks in advance... Klaus

    Excuse me, i had translation on. Here my reply in english : # Hey, Stargator, that helps me, too. I had problems duplicating audio CDs. This causes Toast 17 Pro to shut down. With your advice I updated to version 17.3 Build 5532. And, what`s the hack, everything is fine, no shutting down Toast 17 Pro at the beginning of the copy process. Why can't Roxio give the updates early enough? Why do we have to communicate in the forum when we have problems? Roxio continues and gives us quite an early update. Not such amateur support.     Hey Stargator, das hilft mir auch. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Duplizieren von Audio-CDs. Dies hat zur Folge, dass Toast 17 Pro heruntergefahren wird. Mit Ihrem Rat habe ich auf die Version 17.3 Build 5532 aktualisiert. Und, was ist der Hack, alles ist in Ordnung, kein Herunterfahren von Toast 17 Pro zu Beginn des Kopiervorgangs. Warum kann Roxio die Updates nicht früh genug geben? Warum müssen wir im Forum kommunizieren, wenn wir Probleme haben? Roxio macht weiter und gibt uns ein recht frühes Update. Nicht so eine amateurhafte Unterstützung. Wie gesagt, vielen Dank, stargator und für alles ... Fröhliche Weihnachten, Prost, Klaus
