Hi folks, I'm very new here and not sure if I can create a new "problem" here or if this thread is problem specific. When I start NXTPro 6 Screen Recording, the program does a "performance check" which it fails (no error, just closes) and Screen Recording app does not even start. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I had a support ticket earlier this year with Corel/Roxio support which wasn't able to resolve the problem either. A couple of years back with NXT4 Screen Recording would not start also. Eventually I resolved that issue by doing a total/clean install of Win 10, NXT4 and all of my programs and data. I don't want to have to do it again. Any help here would be very much appreciated.
