After communicating with Roxio's chat support I was able to enable the program on my new computer, I was asked for some evidence of the purchase, fortunately I keep the box and disk of the original software. Now I have the VHS-DVD 3 installed and working properly.

Hi, I have the same problem, how can I get a new key? I already verified my registration and the key I enter is the correct one, but it shows me the same message "The product key is not valid".
