    Found that with the latest updates from W7, the CD/DVD drive become not compatible. We end replacing the drive and everything started to work. Thanks. Admin, Please Close the topic.

    Forgot about the most important info.. Newbie..lol. It's Roxio Creator Starter ( Version12.1.0.311 / Build 101842a) that came on a Dell Machine and it's not available any more on Dell site and customer do not have any CD.
