Ten years ago, my wife purchased Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition to transfer VHS to DVD and I have Windows 10 installed on my computer. Ironically, when I registered the key nothing popped up to say that it had been installed previously, so I assume this was the first time.
I installed the disc tonight, but it will not open. I assume there in a compatibility issue with Windows 10. I would prefer not to have to purchase another program to accomplish this. Are there any plug-in adaptors or things I can download that will assist me in being able to use this program? Thanks.
