WIN-10 workstation. I recently purchase ROXIO NXT-7 to upgrade from existing NXT. NXT-7 downloaded fine, but upon installation I get the same INVALID PRODUCT KEY error message. I reached out to the ROXIO support department and the support tech logged into my workstation, created a VPN to their INDIA website/servers and then the PRODUCT KEY registered properly. Apparently, ROXIO has a product key registration issue with the US website/servers. Unfortunately, the support tech disconnected his support session before NXT-7 finished downloading from the INDIA website/servers. NXT-7 failed to install due to errors removing the previous version, thus I'm back to the INVALID PRODUCT KEY error message. UGH!
