Hi Frank I was using using My DVD not the express program but i just tried it and you can still move them left click on the item and you get the red box then put your cusor on the box and it changes to a 4 way arrow keep hold the left button and drag it to where you want it.

Just moved the second menu item to the bottom and the up and down arrows now work the same no cycling between the first and second button when using the up arrow.

Just tried that and mine does the same thing as yours.

Hi Guys just tried the wedding & flowers menus on mine added 5 clips & the navigation with the preveiw remote worked as expected push the down arrow & it scrolls down to each one in turn.

Hi All Just got the EMC 9 download over the weekend the install went well and everything that I've used so far works well.

Hi Patty Only EMC 8 suite with the deluxe upgrade. Tried 9 with 8 still installed just to see if they would play nice but i had no content for 9 ( eg. all the buttons in My DVD showed as a red circle with a line thru ) so i then uninstalled both and reinstalled 9. I'll put 8 on my other computer.

You had to phone inside sales but i think you'll find it's been discontinued due to the release of EMC 9 soon.
